Betty Jang, Esq., founder, is an executive legal leader with 30+ years of experience as General Counsel or outside counsel in private and public companies. Betty’s achievements have been widely recognized in the industry, earning her national accolades, and establishing her as a trusted authority. She founded the firm on the belief that legal advice should be practical and aligned with business goals, not a mere transfer of legal information.

Erika Moritsugu, Senior Counsel
Erika Moritsugu brings a distinguished record of legal and policy experience shaped by roles in private practice, government, and nonprofit leadership. Her work has spanned the Department of Justice, the Honolulu Prosecutor’s Office, the White House, and Hogan & Hartson LLP, where she advised clients in the health, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. Erika has also served as General Counsel and senior advisor on health and economic policy to members of the United States Senate. Known for her sound judgment and steady leadership, Erika is skilled at managing complex, high-stakes issues and navigating sensitive legal questions. She has earned the trust of clients at all levels through her strategic counsel, collaborative approach, and align multiple stakeholders toward shared goals.
Noelle Sellers, Paralegal
Noelle Sellers supports the firm with experience in contract management, document review, and compliance administration. Before joining the firm, she worked as a Legal Specialist at Acclara Solutions, where she drafted, reviewed, and tracked contracts and confidentiality agreements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. In addition to her legal background, Noelle has managed reporting and vendor coordination for corporate projects, giving her an operational perspective that enhances her legal support work. Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, she helps attorneys and clients stay ahead of deadlines and maintain the smooth flow of information that complex matters demand.
Elizabeth Clark, Senior Counsel
Elizabeth Clark has more than 30 years of experience advising companies on general corporate matters, with particular focus on the health care, life sciences, and pharmaceutical industries. She has served as a trusted business partner and legal advisor to Fortune 500 companies, combining legal acumen with a pragmatic understanding of business operations. Elizabeth’s experience includes contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, strategic risk assessment, and employment law.
